Outcomes Measurement

intellyst® Medical Education designs outcomes measurement activities based on proven adult learning principles by analyzing collected data (within the context of stated learning objectives) and articulating conclusions on the effectiveness of a CME activity, especially as it pertains to a change in practice specific to the needs assessment.

To achieve this end, intellyst® distributes pre- and post-tests, as well as 30, 45 and/or 60 day post activity evaluations, to determine enhanced knowledge base, reinforce current practice, provide new information and gauge intent to change.

The goal is to document learning (improved knowledge, competency and/or performance) and intent to change behavior, which has been proven to have a high correlation with actual behavior.  intellyst® uses Kirkpatrick's Level 3 / Moore's Level 4 industry-recognized outcomes models in designing outcomes activities for all CME-certified activities.
